Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data PlayerBrick (“PlayerBrick”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use this site and buy the Build Lab, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up for updates or complete a purchase, and we store purchase and access (entitlement) records so we can give you access to what you bought. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments collects the billing information needed to process your order and handles applicable taxes under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your order and the email tied to it, but not your full payment details.

3. How we use your data

We use your information to deliver and restore access to the Product, provide support, and send essential service or product updates. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

After checkout we set a short-lived, HTTP-only session cookie so we can confirm your purchase and unlock access. It is used only for access confirmation.

5. Where data is stored

Account, purchase, and entitlement records are stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for our database and Dodo Payments for payments). These providers process data on our behalf. Build Lab also teaches third-party tools (such as GitHub, Claude, ChatGPT, Meshy, Adobe Mixamo, and ElevenLabs) that you use under your own accounts and their privacy policies; we do not control or receive data from those tools.
