Build Lab is a digital product, and all sales are final. Because the full set of materials — every prompt, asset, and the complete vault — unlocks immediately and in full the moment you buy, purchases are non-refundable.

Immediate access

You get everything at once on purchase. Nothing is drip-fed or held back, so there is no partial or unused portion to return.

Trouble accessing what you bought?

If you paid but cannot access the Build Lab, we will make it right. Contact support@playerbrick.com with the email you used at checkout and we will help restore your access.

Billing

Payments and any billing disputes are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
