Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the PlayerBrick Build Lab (the “Product”), operated by PlayerBrick (“PlayerBrick”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or accessing the Product you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

Build Lab is a one-time digital purchase that grants access to a guided, prompt-by-prompt build path for the AI Battle Royale game, including prompts, written guidance, proof media, downloadable game assets and code, and playable checkpoints. Everything unlocks immediately on purchase; nothing is drip-fed.

2. License to use the materials

You may use the assets, prompts, and code from Build Lab in your own games, personal or commercial. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or repackage the Build Lab materials, prompts, or vault as a standalone pack, course, or competing product.

3. AI results and third-party tools

Build Lab teaches an AI-directed build workflow that uses third-party tools and services, including GitHub, GitHub Codespaces, Claude/Codex, ChatGPT, Meshy, Adobe Mixamo, and ElevenLabs. You need your own accounts for these and must follow each provider’s own terms and licenses; we are not responsible for third-party tools or changes to them. AI tools do not produce identical output twice, and you are responsible for the tools and accounts you use. We do not guarantee that your build will match the original example build pixel-for-pixel; the value is learning to steer and fix the AI.

4. Access

Access is tied to your purchase email and entitlement. Please keep your access credentials private and do not share your account or the paid materials with others.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerBrick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles billing and applicable taxes. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Changes

We may update the Product and these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
